Mixing

The next step, after recording your music, is mixing down your multi-track material. In general,
we schedule all major mixing tasks as a separate mixing session – we want to have fresh ears
to get the best out of your music!

Most of the time we use the built in mixing desk, with a wide range of DSP plug-ins and the
virtual automation system within the DAW. Analogue outboard equipment can easily be inserted from the side-rack, and you are more than welcome to bring your own devices.

Our stereo monitor system is tuned and calibrated according SMPTE RP 200:2002, this
enables the engineer to listen intently over long periods of time with a readily recallable level
setting – this allows us to make sure absolutely every single detail in your mix is perfect.

Your music matters!

Stay tuned….
